Session Overviews
2:00 – 3:00pm“Special Education Needs and Giftedness – Mobility Challenges and Solutions”
An employee or candidate with a special needs child is often reluctant to relocate or go on assignment.  The special education needs (SEN) student can be a “hidden iceberg” and an unknown roadblock becoming a mobility challenge.  Join us as we introduce the most common learning disabilities among children today (including giftedness), review “fast facts” or educational snapshots both in the U.S. and worldwide, and highlight case studies where one can take these challenges and develop several solutions to help improve companies’ relocation and assignment success rates.
