Session Title:  The New Reality for a Globally Mobile Workforce

Session Overview:  The nature of the global mobility landscape is rapidly shifting.  Not only is global mobility increasing significantly but the very nature of how we live and work is also changing. What is the current picture of this ever-shifting world of work that is influencing the relocation landscape and setting the agenda for global mobility practices and policies for the future?

This session will:

  • Discuss ongoing demographic shifts as drivers for change (i.e. dual-career couples, non-traditional families/accompanying partners/LGBT).
  • Provide best practices that attract and retain a higher quality talent pool, as well as boost the acceptance and success rates of global assignments.
  • Explore how organizations are proactively adapting their global mobility practices to win the bid for top Generation Y talent.
  • Share preliminary findings from their 2017 NetExpat/E&Y survey reflecting the most current Talent Mobility trends.

Please join Alain Verstandig, President, and Cecilia Franchi, Senior Director, of NetExpat Group as they facilitate a collaborative session addressing key shifts impacting global mobility and the expectations of an increasingly global workforce.
